Single Window Clearance

Online Building Plan Approval by Adopting Building Pre-Approved Plans Prepared by MIDC (Type Plans)

NOTE : This is a Single Window Clearance (SWC) System Service which you can access (if eligible) using the SWC user account after logging in from here.

MIDC has provided facility of ‘Pre-approved Building Plans’ for industrial purpose only, having plot area from 500 SqM. to 5000 SqM. and having MPCB ‘Consent to establish’ in Green or Orange category with low hazard fire activity.

The plot holder can select the plan and pay MIDC charges online and get the building plan approval online.

Get yourself registered to ‘Single Window’, if not yet registered and select ‘Pre-approved Plans’ service from SPA services.

Select suitable plan from the options available, based on your plot area.
Enter Ready Reckoner (R.R.) rates.
System will calculate other charges automatically.
Pay the charges online using net banking.
Approval letter will be received on registered email ID.
