Instructions for submission of the application for NOC:
1.	The application form should be completely filled in and no filed should be left blank or 
    else the application will not be accepted.
2.	The prescribed documents submitted alongwith the application  self attested and legible.
3.	Enclose the receipt of payment of the process fee. The process fee for 
    Small Scale Industries is Rs. 110/- and Rs. 275/-  in respect of Medium and Large Scale Industries.
Documents to be enclosed with the application:
A. In case of New / fresh allotment of plot 
i.	Allotment letter
ii.	Possession Receipt
iii.	Copy of Agreement to Lease with registration receipt.
iv.	Project profile particularly clarifying the products, manufacturing process 
    and raw materials
v.	Extension of Time Limit, if applicable.
B. In case of Transfer of plot. 
i.	Transfer order
ii.	Building Completion Certificate
iii.	Lease Deed / Deed of Assignment with registration receipt.
iv.	Project profile particularly clarifying the products, manufacturing process and raw materials
v.	Latest Electricity Bill
C. In case of Change in name / partner / Constitution of Company 
i.	Letter regarding change in name / Partner / constitution of company from concerned Regional office.
ii.	Old NOC
iii.	EM Part –I / II from DIC / IEM from SIA, DIPP, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.
iv.	Valid consent to operate of MPCB.
D. In case of Subletting of plot 
i.	Subletting order from concerned Regional office.
ii.	Building Completion Certificate
iii.	Project profile particularly clarifying the products, manufacturing process and raw materials
E. In case of Expansion of activity / Addition of activity / change of activity and amalgamation of plot. 
i.	Old NOC
ii.	E.M.Part-II from Directorate of Industries (Entrepreneur’s Memorandum) 
(in the case of micro or small enterprise) / IEM Part-B from SIA, DIPP, 
Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India (in the case of large scale enterprise)
 in respect of the existing operational project.
iii.	Valid consent to operate of MPCB.
iv.	Building Completion Certificate.
v.	Latest electricity bill, in case of existing power connection.
vi.	Certified list of existing machinery with original purchase value duly 
    certified by Chartered Accountant.
vii.	In case of change or additional activity, a letter from the concerned Regional Officer, 
       MIDC if the plot / assets are not mortgaged to any bank / Financial Institution otherwise NOC of the bank / Financial Institution.
viii.	In the case of additional and change in activity, project profile particularly clarifying 
      the products, manufacturing process and raw materials
