    1. Application in the prescribed form for Registration ( Annexure-IV for IT Software, IT/ITES Unit )    
    2. Affidavit ( IT ITES Unit )    
              a. Annexure VII-A for Small / Medium Enterprises.    
              b. Annexure VII-B for Large Scale Units.    
    3. Chartered Accountant's certificate regarding turnover of IT hardware products exceeding 75 % of total turnover (Annexure XI).    
    4. Undertaking in respect of Employment to Local Persons (ELP-I Form).    
    5. Copy of IT Software/ IT/ITES Unit Letter of Intent (if obtained).    
    6. Industrial Entrepreneur's Memorandum (IEM Part B) / Udyam Registration.    
  7. Owner Undertaking about Not-obtaining/obtaining of Stamp Duty Exemption.    
  8. For Authorized signatory a Copy of Board Resolution(If Unit is Pvt. Ltd. company or Public Ltd. Company.) and Copy of Partnership Deed (If Unit is Partnership firm)    
    9. For Authorized signatory - a Copy of Board Resolution (If Unit is Pvt. Ltd. company or Public Ltd. Company.) and Copy of Partnership Deed (If Unit is Partnership firm).    
    10. Additional Documents (if Plot/Gala is already obtained by Allotment/Transfer/Subletting/Leave & License.).    
              a. Plot/Gala Allotment letter/Transfer order/Subletting order from MIDC / Pvt. IT Park.    
              b. B.C.C. / Occupancy Certificated of Pvt. IT Park.    
              c. Valid LoI/Registration of Pvt. IT Park issued by D.I.C./ D.I.    
              d. Leave & license Agreement.    
              e. B.C.C. / Occupancy Certificate (If Plot/Gala is allotted/transferred by MIDC).
