Payment Guidelines:

• Online bill payments can be done from 10:00 Hrs to 23:30 Hrs.
• Bills can be paid online even after the due date.
• Partial payment facility is not available for online payments.
• The Consumer Number is printed on the Water Bill. Please use the same Consumer Number on this portal.

Additional Information:

• Water Bills and receipts can now be viewed at consumers.midcindia.org. Also, profile-related information (e.g., mobile number, email ID, GST number, TAN, and TIN number) can be updated through this URL to receive timely notifications regarding water bills.

• The income tax TDS on CETP Charges (if it is applicable to and deducted by the consumer/ end user) shall be remitted to the Income Tax Department by the consumer/ end user under the PAN Number of the CETP Association.
